With operations in Asia, India and Europe, Marks & Spencer (M&S) has many challenges around print quality management. In 2009, the retailer started using our Global Brand Compliance service to put an end to inconsistent printed packaging in its hundreds of stores worldwide. We now sample all M&S packaging and rigorously test and measure each one to international standards. In addition, we work with all M&S packaging suppliers on a programme of continual improvement.
