It is the policy of the Company that the services provided are performed to a given quality. The provision and maintenance of these services can only be achieved by the commitment of the company’s management and personnel to the Quality Assurance programme.

It is expected that all personnel will maintain a positive, forward looking outlook to the Quality Systems and procedures, monitoring their individual quality performance against that which is specified. Deviations from the documented procedures will not be permitted without the authority of a Director or the Quality Systems Manager.

Routine assessment of the Quality System for conformity will be performed through internal audits and by approved independent organisations by way of external surveillance visits. The Board of Directors reviews the Quality Policy for continuing suitability in an annual Management Review.
